What do you think of my diet?

2 sausages - Late lunch!!
Breakfast was 5 wine gums.
BBQ chicken wings with a tin of sweetcorn and an apple.
Half pint of full fat milk with tea and coffee from that allowance.
No alcohol at all and no bread.
I probably live on 8/900 cals per day except on Sundays when the amount is closer to 2000 LOL Depends how badly I fancy a cream cake!! xxxxxx

You should always have a healthy breakfast, like porridge, cereals, yogurts and fruit.
