How many syns in Quorn Lasagne

Could someone please tell me how many syns there are in a Quorn Lasagne (400g). I have searched threads here and one says 15 1/2 and another says 8 so I am a little confused. Please help :cry:

Protein 19.2g
Carbohydrate 50.0g
Fat 10.8g

Syns online gives:

Lasagne, frozen, 300g pack 7
Lasagne, chilled, 400g pack 9
Lasagne, chilled, 500g pack 11

Same on all plans.

Those NV's you give (if they are for the whole 400g) give
8½ Syns per package/portion which pretty much corresponds to the above.
