How many weeks for 2 stone?

I really want to try and lose 2 stone, then re feed...

Here are my dates
Started 11th Sept
Wedding on 6th Oct (REALLY don't want to refeed for this- might just have to ask hubby to eat my meal...)

How many weeks do you think it is doable in?

It all depends on the indivdual. Lipotrim say 1st per month so based on that, 2 months.

Friend of mine lost 4 and a half stone and it took her 5 months, so that stone a month is probably a good guide.

It will all depend on how your losses go hunny, I managed 2 off in 5 weeks, and some have done it in 4, but others a bit longer, good luck xx

I also think it depends on the weight you start at. My mum has more to lose than me and her losses are far bigger than mine each week.
I find i hit a certain point in every diet i do (10 stone ) and then its so hard to lose after that point, thats why im also going to the gym so the losses don't slow down that much to make me feel poop.

If it gets to the wedding and you arn't going to eat, would the bride/groom have to pay for the meal before hand? Maybe it would be best to have a word with the bride/groom and let them know that your not needing a meal. Good luck x
