    ...and I lost 12 1/4 lbs, can't believe it!! So happy, I know most is water and stuff but even though that's a great start I think. I must remember not to feel low if I only shed a couple of lbs next week a loss is a loss! I honestly thought I'd only lose about 5, as I'd heard each time you do a VLCD the first week loss is smaller.

    Am so happy and even more determined to stick to it!

    Thank you all!! Am v chuffed! Been a breeze and I struggled with 810 last time, so was very insistent that I SS+ so all food was off limits.

    Am so glad I did!
