How much can I lose by the end of May

My dad and step mum are coming over from Africa at the end of May. How much do you think I can, realistically, lose by then???

Firstly, congratulations on the weight loss so far. Your ticker is just flying along. Secondly, congratulations on the forthcoming wedding. The way you are going you will be a size 8 by then!

If you concentrate on a steady 2lb a week loss, but only expect 1, you won't be disappointed. Don't put yourself under any pressure, just look forward to seeing them and remember, they will only see the girl they love and miss when they get off the plane; you could weigh 20 stones and be dressed in a sack, they wouldn't notice!

It's true! I'm a mum of grown up children in their 30's, but when I have them home I still have to stop myself tucking them up in bed at night!! And they are married with kids of their own
