How much can i lose???

Well everyone loses at different rates.. but on average its a stone a month!

So im saying a minimum of 5 stone!

But there is every possibility it will be all of it!! xxx

If you stick with it and don't cheat, you will lose at least five stone. That is some incentive for you!! You will be almost at goal in five months time. The weeks will fly by and the weight will just melt off.

I agree with those above, you could lose 5+ stone, keep that holiday in mind, and time will fly!!!!!

I lost 4st in 4 months last time so yes a st a month at least, i don't have huge weekly losses but you may, so it could be all of it.

id say if u stuck to it straight threw theres no reason why you wouldnt lose almost all of it! good luck x
