How much chicken as a B choice?

    Hi, I originally planned to do EE today as I'm having roast potatoes, chicken and veg for tea. But now I fancy jacket potato with beans for lunch. I have already used 1 B choice on weetabix and 1 A for milk, then I suddenly realised I may as well make it a green day.
    That way I can use the chicken as a B choice and have another A to use!
    I have never used meat as a B choice on green before so don't know if it will be a tiny portion or not. I'm at work now and don't have my book, does anyone know how much chicken I can have and if its a decent portion?

    Have just looked it up online for you.

    For HEB on green you can have 113g (raw) or 71g (cooked). Not a huge portion but enough by the time you have your roasties and veg on the plate as well.
