You could def loose three stone or more if you stick to it and drink your water, im on a restart and have lost eleven pound this week so far and my weight in is not till Wednesday, so we can do it, I want three stone by Christmas.

Good luck with it and I hope you do it x

Welcome! If you stick to it 100% you ought to be able to lose 1st per month - if you drift a bit with it now and then it will be less. CD is not easy but it does work if you stick to the rules. Good luck:)

I am aiming for one stone a month, although the good thing about being on this site is that I have accepted that the weight doesn't come off in precise amounts, meaning you could do more than a stone in a month and a bit less the next.
Like quite a few of here, Christmas is a big inspiration.

    Best of luck!

Exactly, it a bit of a lottery but hopefully if we stick with it will be happy with the results.

A stone a month is a good average if you are SSing...

After that it depends on a number of things from age, height and mobility.

Good luck with your diet journey and wishing you all the best for a slim Christmas!

it's not sad at all. I have been on it for a month and I am still excited. This is the first time a diet has worked for me and I am also happy because I can see myself sticking to it.
I want to lose 12 stones eventually but I am taking it in three chunks of 4 which seems more manageable. So.. when I have lost the first 4 which should be around xmas time, I shall re-evaluate - see how my body is coping and hopefully carry on until the next 4 are gone.
Good luck and enjoy watching the scales go down!
