It is different for everyone. I think the less you weigh, the less you lose but u still have huge losses. Iv lost over a stone in my first week and weigh in again tomorrow. I'm hoping to get to the 1.5 stone mark
keep it up, it gets (a bit) easier i promise - i find weekends the hardest cos they used to be takeaway nights lol just keep thinking of how good it will feel to be thin xx
