How much did you lose in the first week?

My first week is up tomorrow and I am on the 810 level and, allowing for the difference between mine and the CDC scales, I've lost approx 8lbs (it could be more).

I know everyone will lose different amounts of weight on their first week due to varying factors but I would be interested to know what people lost and how this changed over the weeks.

Its getting easier but I did fancy the (grilled!) bacon sarnie I've just made my boys! :eek:

Sorry I realise this reply wasn't entirely useful, most people tend to get the biggest lost in the first or second week though. Someone on here earlier on Sole Source lost 14lbs - yes a stone! - in one week!

14lbs? Wow. The 810 is perfect for me as I can still have something to eat although nearing my holiday in 10 weeks, I can always go SS.

I did this diet last year and happily went on holiday. I need to lose weight regularly or I lose motivation.

Good luck with your weigh-in on Monday. A 5lbs loss is brilliant. :)

11 lbs for me but I had been eating starchy carbs leading up to starting cd.. Didn't cut down at all
I lost 6.5lbs in 6 days which I'm happy with (CDC seemed to think I should've lost more and put a bit of a downer on it, but hey a pound a day'll do me!)

Hey I lost 8 lbs is a fab loss in your first week esepcially if your doing 810.. Everyones bodies are different and sometimes if you have more to lose you lose bigger amounts (not always of course).
I lost 8 1/2 the first week and my losses have varied each week Im on week 12 you can look below and see my losses.
Well done you I think 8 lbs is fab x


Slimming down the aisle
I got weighed in early so don't know how much in a week exactly, but I lost 11lbs in my first 5 days.
13lbs for 1st week ss'ing for me.....I ate for england the weekend before I started lol xx

I think the posts above confirm to me this is the best diet. I did struggle a bit yesterday but didnt give in and lost a lb so I am really motivated agin.

Well done everyone in the weight loss - its really inspired me x
