How many calories do you eat? And how much fat do you have a day? Also how many sugars?

Do many people count the fat and sugar? Or do you just count the calories?

I tend to eat between 20 and 35 depending on how many calories I've eaten - I vary between 1000 (on days I don't exercise - but that's quite rare) and 1500cals and my fat intake varies proportionately.

    I don't count sugar specifically.

I eat around 1500 calories. Fat intake varies a lot, from 10 to 50/60 grams per day, but I only allow myself fatty days (~50 grams of fat) once or twice a week.

I stick to the Rosemary Conaly way and try to make sure i dont go over 5% fat in most of my foods. I alst try to have around 100 cals a day high fat. This is usually saved for the weekends as thats when I fee i need the treats.

'My fittness pal' counts virtually everything, can be really usefull if you fancy tryig to out.
