I tend to eat between 20 and 35 depending on how many calories I've eaten - I vary between 1000 (on days I don't exercise - but that's quite rare) and 1500cals and my fat intake varies proportionately.
I stick to the Rosemary Conaly way and try to make sure i dont go over 5% fat in most of my foods. I alst try to have around 100 cals a day high fat. This is usually saved for the weekends as thats when I fee i need the treats.
'My fittness pal' counts virtually everything, can be really usefull if you fancy tryig to out.
