I must admit, I used to hate fruit when I was little. I have horrible memories of my mum giving me a bowl of fruit and telling me I couldn't have any pudding until it was all gone! It used to take me hours to eat it.
Now I'm trying to lose weight I've turned to fruit to snack on when I feel hungry, I only have 0pp fruit. I was just wondering if there is such a thing as too much fruit on weight watchers?
Today I've had a handful of grapes and a satsuma, and will have a banana and possibly a small apple later.
