how much husks do you add?

i usually have 1 table spoon of husks with my pack.. but i have upped it to 2 tablespoons cus i not been to he loo

is this to much? omg its so thick and gooee! i worry i have put to much in?

I only use 1 as its to thick for me to use anymore or if you add more water its to much to eat.lol

omg ive given up with it! only managed half a bowl was discusting to say the least! lol

but then hopefully i will go soon!

butterscotch ? always have done since last nov, not keen with the other ones with the husks!!

ewe was gross!! and my water is to cold to gulp! lol

I make mine into a porridge using the husk and a vanilla shake and about 300mls of hot water, im getting some choc shakes next time and will try it with that one.

omg i feeel so sick, just got back from the park and feel all sick! all cus of that porridge!

going to clean up now hopefully that will help shift my insides! (ewe)

i tryed with the vanilla it is ok, dont like it with the other flavours!
