I have had 4ltrs and have just talked to CDC who said I'm drinking too much and should go for about 3ltrs :sigh:

I've had 3 & 1/2 litres at work, and so far nothing at home - I'm rubbish at drinking at home. Will try and drink another 500ml before bed.

I drink about 4 litres a day plus my shakes and soup - but my cdc said its too much really so Ill try and drink a little less tomorrow
