    Hi all

this is my second attempt at cd, i did it 18 mths ago and lost nearly 2 st in 5 wks but the AAM did me in and fel;l off the wagon! :(

so here i am again and looking for advice about water intake. i can manage 4 litres, poss more, how does this compare with others? is it true that more water = more weightloss?

    thanks all

Hello. I dont think more water actually equates to more loss, but it certainly helps with side effects, and passing, er stuff - lol!
It generally makes you feel good which in turn makes you more effective at managing the diet, the results are better.
4 litres is fine, have more if you can but don't worry about the amount other people drink, if you feel okay then the amount you drink is right.
    Good luck!!

thanks martin, your comments are helpful.

i love the fact that the answer to any physical problem encountered on CD be it hunger, nausea, dizziness... is to drink more water!!
