how much water is too much?

i cant remember if im allowed up to 4 litres or 4 and a half litres im very close to 4 and a half so i need a kick to stop drinking my stomach has been very noisy today so ive been chugging all day.

think we're told different hun.i've been told up to 4 but i know others have been told 4.5.

As I understand it , 5L is a maximum. Last time i did LT I drank too much water over the period of a week. I had kidney pains. The LT helpline told me I was drinking too much and was depleting my body of essential minerals. I reduced my intake and was back to normal again within a couple of days.

This water thing is confusing so in total how many ltrs of water are you allowed including shakes xx

If you look on you LT plastic bag is says 4 litres..well mine does..I know people say 4.5 litres, but I have always followed what the bag says.

You can also have black tea/coffee as well as your water intake.

the 4 litres dont include shakes. no idea what 2 much is including i always put extra water in my shakes as well. i tink ill be asking the pharmacist that one.
