    Don't diet anymore!
My GP said that over 8 litres was strongly not advised.

I therefore recommend 4 litres to girls, and 6 litres for guys.

    another water related question

A thought just struck me reading this....should we also include tea/coffee intake in the overall water limit? May be a dumb question....but you know those days were you drink endless cuppas and three litres - it can easily exceed the 4 ltrs???

Yep it all counts I would think. I drank 4.5 litres at work alone so I am trying not to drink too much tonight but it is hard when you cant eat. I find the water really helps. :(

Have more hot water, it takes longer to drink and is more filling, well I think so.

I will try that at work actually. It might be like having a cup of tea. :)
