I have been doing well with Weightwatchers, but the only part of their advice I never got round to was drinking lots of water. I have black coffee, diet Pepsi, and the odd glass of wine, arty0036: but water has never appealed.
Has anyone tried drinking lots more water? How much a day, and did it make any difference? Does it get any easier to do once you start?
