How much water

I am very confused about how much water you should drink. I was told 4 pints but on here some say 4 litres and others say more??????

4 pints or 2.25 litres

Thank you I thought I was doing it wrong. Did you get a booklet when you started as I never just got weighed measured and got given my packs

Yes - but they've just reprinted the booklet and it's now a lot more expensive for Cambridge counsellors to buy, so don't be surprised if you're asked to pay for it. It's up to individual counsellors to decide whether to charge.

yeah 4 pints ( 2.25 litres ) is the absolute minimum and you must have more if you have any tetra shakes, bars or porridge . Most people find that between 3 -4 litres is the best amount
