Hi Everyone.
Hope i am not putting this into the wrong section :eek:
I am joining a gym tomorrow and and heading into the 4th week of ss .
Am i allowed do classes at a low pace and use treadmill, excercise bike etc?
I just want to see what every1 else does XX

I did lots of exercise last time i did SS+ and felt alright. I think you just have to listen to your body and be guided by that. Remember you may need extra water too!
This time round, can't be arsed with the exercise so well done you! x

haha thanks ;) i done a bit the last time but am really on a roll this time, i was told the last time that chicken fish cheese etc didn't affect ur loss so low and behold i helped myself :) and to everything else ...this time it nothing at all bar the shakes ;)

I keep promising myself that i will go out for a run but this week i have been getting up at 5am, starting work at 7am and finishing at 15:30 and getting home about 16:30 and have just made a soup up, drunk some more water and then gone to bed. Getting up early sucks!!
Going swimming with hubby and little girl at the weekend so might try and squeeze a few lengths in(god that sounds rude lol :eek:)
