If I make up some ss soup, do i need to replace all my meals with it, in order for it to have an affect on my losses? Or should I just replace lunch with it? Or can I have it as a starter and still have a main course?

I tend to have for just a few lunches a week, if you start replacing all lunches with it or meals it will start to feel like a diet (and you may become very windy lol)
