yeah 2 hours stirring every half hour. i did the same thing as you the first time... with a mint one I believe.

lol poor Souffle! Franalamadingdong is right - you need to keep stirring so that large ice crystals don't form, the smaller the ice crystals the smoother the ice 'cream'.

Anyone tried freezing the delicious Greek style vanilla & coconut? it's so nice in it's natural state I would hate to waste one
