I have just been updating my online SW food diary and i wrote down alpen lite 2 bars and both my healthy b extra
But just realised thye are counted as one!
Silly me....

I think the Apple & Sultana ones are nicest... Mmmmm...

I only bring one to work with me because if I bring two, I'll eat them both. But if I leave one at home, that's another one I can have later with a cup of tea!

yum i love alpen lights esp the fudge ones...does anyone know where these are on offer? they're quite expensive i try and just have a box a week so thats 3 days i can have them... i like them for breakfast im not that big on food first thing in the morning!x
