how to attach ticker

Hi, could anyone tell me how to attach my ticker, i have filled it out on there website but don't know how to attach it to my profile? also where do you get the format from to set goals? i really am a bit stupid when it comes to computers...thanks

You need to copy the BB code from the ticker site and paste it into your signature. You do this by going to user CP edit signature and then place it in the box. Then press save signature.
