how to be lighter.....

    Right i've got a silly question, please answer me honestly and not with a silly answer like the question truly deserves lol!

    Every saturday morning when i go for my weigh in, i don't eat or drink anything before hand as i want to be the lightest i can be! i've followed the same pattern every week so far....

    But this week i have to rush to the chemist straight from work on friday, and so will already have had 2 shakes and lots of water! Do you think if i stop drinking at 12/1 ish i'll have passed it all through by 5! or do you not think it will make any difference? i don't wanna be deflated at my weigh in!

    i know this is really wrong and bad for my body but its for one afternoon only! i can't go on saturday as usual cos We're at Alton towers.

    Havent got a clue - but i reckon that u will weigh a pound or 2 more - but look at it as a bonus!

    Say you loose 2 pounds (well then you know in ur head that it is more like 3 maybe even 4).... so be extra good all week - burn off a few extra calories here and there... drink some extra water.... pop a few lax tablets next friday for a good old clear out...

    So if u do ALL that - then next week weigh in on a saturday morning - then you could easy have 4-6 pounds off!

    tactics... u see!

    yeah thanks, sounds like a plan...only prob is when i go im arranging my re-feed as i go on holiday on wed for two weeks and miss 2 weigh in's but have 4 days back on the tfr when i get home before i weigh again so will hopefully get a good result then! thanks for ur advice!! xxxxx
