How to cook Gammon Steaks

Hello All,

I want to do Gammon steaks but haven't got a clue what is the best way to cook them.

The last time I cooked gammon steaks was about 10years under the grill and they came out like rubber lol

Any tips I would really appreciate it

I think there are cooking instructions on most things now but I usually grill them depending on how thick they are. Quite fancy one now!
