Hi Everyone, I have been on Induction the past 3 weeks and have lost 3kgs but now I seem to have stalled. I have read that I shouldn't eat too much protein but have the bulk in fats but how do I do that exactly?, many thanks, Debbie xx
If you have stalled then there is always the fat fast alternative. As mentioned in another thread, I have looked at the fast and I have to be honest it is extreme!!! There are a few food tips that can be introduced into your daily menu to increase your fat intake.. I have listened to everyone who has posted above; I started cooking in butter more this week and lost 2 lbs so have a go and let us know how you get on xx
