Cook with oil/butter/Ghee choose more fatty meats pork belly LUSH lean meat is so dry!!

Pork scratchings! Flaxeal! Cheese! Salami! Pate! All make good high fat snacks. :)

Add up to two tablespoonfuls of cream to your daily diet. Make sure you pick the fattier cuts of meat bacon etc.

Eat oily fish such as herring, salmon and mackerel.

The fat intake really is vital to Atkins so give it a good go x

If you have stalled then there is always the fat fast alternative. As mentioned in another thread, I have looked at the fast and I have to be honest it is extreme!!! There are a few food tips that can be introduced into your daily menu to increase your fat intake.. I have listened to everyone who has posted above; I started cooking in butter more this week and lost 2 lbs so have a go and let us know how you get on xx
