how to keep losing

lt part one I lost about six my first week, three second and only one the third week. I was so disappointed but subsequent weeks I kept losing around four.

Now it's lt part two and see below as my losses have been a lot bigger. I had a cheeky weigh in this morning (I weigh in on Saturdays) and they show one pound loss only! And that's on my scales as I measure myself on both

So now I'm worried I have the three week slow down again

Ok fine not too much of a problem except I look at everyone elses tickers and noone else seems to have this blip. Whatcould it be? Why does it happen?

hmmm.. strange. I felt that my weight loss was going a bit slow... so i started doing more exercise and drinking more water and I have lost 6lbs in 2 consecutive weeks. so I think thats my formula to keep on losing. And you must remember that your not always going to have an absolutely amazing loss each week.. as long as your losing eh? dont you find that 1 week you lose less but the week after you lose alot so it kind of balances itself out??

Totm never affects my weight loss luckily

I started on rowing machine today so will go on tomorrow as well and try and up the water still

Also hoping for more toilet time before weigh in!!

what i did last time and what i intend to do this time and which worked for me was upping the amount of water and exercise the closer i got to goal.. in my last couple weigh-ins i lost 10lbs and 7lbs so thats what i shall be doing again

Harriet! thats exactly whats working for me. before that I was losing 4lbs on average. but then i upped exercise alot more and started drinking more more water and now Im losing 6lbs :)
