how to make the jelly

I use:
1 packet of gelatine from supermarket
1 teaspoon (or sometimes less) of berry or orange water flavouring.

-Add 1 pint of boiling water to bowl, throw in the packet of gelatine and mix it quickly, then add in 1 teaspoon of water flavouring, and then pop it into your fridge.
-It should set in 3-4 hours (depending on your fridge).
-Some people add a coloring when they are making it to give it a colour, I don't...so it's a neutral colour.

thanks for that has it got to be the gelatine from supermarket or can i use my mix a mousse or is that not the same. are we allowed as much as this as we want or just once a day? sorry so many questions x

I use gelatine packs from the supermarket as I don't have mix-a-mousse at the moment, but it's the same thing!
I make it every 2 or 3 days, I use it as an extra when you feel like "eating/chewing" something.
Sometimes I can eat all the jelly in one day, sometimes it last's 2 days and then I make a new bowl to have ready for whenever I feel the urge! It does the business!
I think we are allowed 1 teaspoon of berry or orange flavouring per day, no more than that as it could knock you out of ketosis!
