Hi there
I am a newbie on SW (though dieted many times before) but it is going to be even harder this time as I now live and work in a pub. So despite the drink availability (which doesn't really worry me) I also have the cooking issue. As I make all the puds it is very easy to sneak a taste to make sure it is ok and I have got to stop. :sigh:
Thought I might force myself to add 2 syns every time I do taste but would welcome other ideas...
