How to survive dieting in the pub

Hi there

I am a newbie on SW (though dieted many times before)
but it is going to be even harder this time as I now live and work in a pub. So despite the drink availability (which doesn't really worry me) I also have the cooking issue. As I make all the puds it is very easy to sneak a taste to make sure it is ok and I have got to stop. :sigh:

Thought I might force myself to add 2 syns every time I do taste but would welcome other ideas...

work out the calories of the taste and then walk, run, do sit ups what ever you can think of to work it off! Used to work/live in a pub so can sympathise. Good luck it can be done, would post you some extra will power if I could :) x
