How to zing up boring cabbage!

Big, busty and Blowsy!
1 savoy cabbage, thinly shredded
200ml fat free quark
1 tblsp wholegrain mustard - 1.5 syns
25g grated parmesan - hex a

Serves 4 as a veg.
Half a syn per portion

Boil the cabbage until tender.
Meanwhile mix together the quark, mustard and parmesan.
Drain the cabbage, return to pan over a very low heat and stir until there's no water left.
Add the quark mix and heat through without boiling.
Season, serve and enjoy!

(Lovely with pork chops!)
