Ketosis
Okay... you will start to feel really cold (abnormally cold) mainly hands and feet!! Also you will get a funny metallic taste in your mouth .and feel loads of energy, any headaches you had will go .. . timeframe is usually anywhere between day 3 and day 5 ... these are the normal symptoms

i was into ketosis in my 2nd day so for all you know you may already be there!! wahey!!
