How you follow the plan

Hi, another question!
Because I'm new, I'm not sure what the plan is anymore. I remember it being breakfast shake, lunch shake and a 600 cal evening meal. But now I see that there are bars, fruit, smoothies all included as well.
Can you explain how the plan now works please and what a typical day would be? That would be much appreciated x

hi... please dont feel bad about having to ask questions. we are all here to help!!

the main plan is, have 2 meals (doesnt matter which ones they are) that you have a shake/bar/or smoothie as your meal, then you have 1 600 cal meal... i usually have that as my evening meal so that i can still eat with hubby.
but i have had it at lunch before if we ahve been out....
inbetween those meals you have snacks.. you can have up to 3 (one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening) 100 cal snacks, so somethign like a piece of fruit, or a slim fast snack bar... there is a thread at the top of the slimfast section that has some great ideas for these...

i generally have a ww chocolate pudding in the evening as a special treat if ive been good...
