Huge ask...please help me plan my week

A bear on a mission!
I've fallen of track the last few weeks but managed a gain of 1lb last week & probably more this week as had family over all last weekend and was naughty.

I just can't get my head back into it & my planning head has gone...I've limited things as we're on a really tight budget. For brekkie I'm ok as have weetabix & porridge so that would be a HEX gone...

I do Red/Green days(mostly red) and the following is what I've got in the freezer, I can easily buy fruit/veg to work around.

I know it's taking the p!ss & it's a lot to ask of you lovelies but I really really need help..

The food I've got is..

Chicken breasts/thighs
Lamb mince/Beef mince/Quorn mince...
Fish - frozen Haddock & pouting
Eggs
Potato
Pasta
Rice
All the spices/herbs etc..

As I say I can but extras but on a budget....

I don't want to get bored, please help plan my lunches & dinners.
 
Thank you, any more ideas my lovelies....I need things that's quick to make too as have a baby & toddler...XX

Neopolitan Pasta ( makes enough sauce for 2 days) SYN free

WEDNESDAY

Let me know how you get on hun regardless of what you choose to make ;)
It can be very difficult when you fall off the wagon let alone having 2 little uns to look after on a tight budget!
I think the answer is to try to tailor your meals so that the veg can be used for a few meals so that there us no wastage iykwim
