Hungry already!!!

Hi my 1st day and I am starving with a pounding headache, also have the runs, yuck (tmi i know).
On the upside all the running up and down the stairs will get me fitter. How do you all manage to get sleep I must of went for a wee a hundred times last night, all that water wow lol.

I started yesterday after I had my brekkie 1 toast thought I was gonna start CD monday but thats another story, so drank loads of water yesterday and got my pack in the afternoon so this will be my first day with completly no food.

But I am remaining positive and will do my best to ride out the next 4-5 days when the worst will b over.

Have decided I will post on here when I feel temptation getting to me lol so will prob b on here non stop...

Hang in there and take paracetemol!!! (they were my best friend in the first 2 weeks!) It does get easier.
Definitely gets easier, belive me. Just try and last 5 days and you will see....Good luck!!!

try not to think about food, it's hard i know but in a few days you won't feel hungry anymore and you know it's worth it ;)

will def stick with. took some aspirin so headache gone now, thank god..

hunger is under control just drank lots of water to bursting point. still feel hungry but couldnt eat a thing I'm so full if that makes sense.
