It's day 3, and I'm really trying to be mindful of portion sizes as I think that's often what's derailed me in the past (too much pork fat, too many chicken wings, not listening to when I'm full, etc...)
This morning, I had 2 fried eggs. I've just now had 2 baked chicken thighs (it's just after 10am). I'm still hungry!
I don't have my Atkins book anymore (gave it to a friend), but is it okay to "eat until full" in the beginning stages, until ketosis levels out my appetite? I can't remember this part, and I really want to keep myself on plan.
Suggestions?
