Hi all new to the forum and the diet. I have been 100% but i am really hungry, drinking loads of water and having healthy balanced meals. Anyone have any tips?
 
Just keep drinking and have early nights the hunger will disappear as your stomach starts to shrink x
 
I wasgoing to say the sameas Snappy - the plan allows you to 'eat' 6 times a day ( 3 snacks, 2 shakes, 1 meal). plan your times accordnglyand you shouldnt go hungry - also oxo or bovril are LIFE SAVERS for next to no calories!!!
 
Thanks for the reply guys :) I weighed this morning and had lost 6lbs yay but i had a slip up tonight. Gutted in myself but had to do otherwise I would have just given up. Now I can see what you have said and also reading elsewhere about upping calories a little I feel much better. Going straight back on tomorrow should be easier as I have more time to organise myself... Once again any tips will be gratefully accepted :D
