Hi all new to the forum and the diet. I have been 100% but i am really hungry, drinking loads of water and having healthy balanced meals. Anyone have any tips?
I wasgoing to say the sameas Snappy - the plan allows you to 'eat' 6 times a day ( 3 snacks, 2 shakes, 1 meal). plan your times accordnglyand you shouldnt go hungry - also oxo or bovril are LIFE SAVERS for next to no calories!!!
Thanks for the reply guys I weighed this morning and had lost 6lbs yay but i had a slip up tonight. Gutted in myself but had to do otherwise I would have just given up. Now I can see what you have said and also reading elsewhere about upping calories a little I feel much better. Going straight back on tomorrow should be easier as I have more time to organise myself... Once again any tips will be gratefully accepted
