Oh my God I woke up so hungry this morning - haven't felt like this once on LT!
I only got about 4 hours sleep so that is probably not helping and making me crave sugar (or sleep).
Strange feeling though - I always used to wake up hungry before LT.
The difference is, I am going to deal with it by having a pint of water and a shake, rather than a big bowl of cereal or a bagel!

shake should still fill u up tho and keep u going till lunch. Guess ur adapting now back to real life again. Hunger isnt a bad thing really. All it means is you're hungry, almost everyone is hungry in the morning. shake it up! :)

Glad you resisted temptation hun, i think its because we are eating real food again hun and our taste buds are tempting us to eat!
