Well my CDC (or whatever they are called now) put me on a kind of her own 1000ish plan. I have a Cambridge Diet bar for brekkie (toffee every time ), then a portion of fruit, usually strawberries or grapes, about 11am. I have a bowl of porridge with skimmed milk for lunch with a funsize banana chopped into it. For dinner I have say, a chicken breast or a bit of salmon, with 40g of pasta/rice or some new potatoes and loads of veg. Lots of water throughout the day and I've gone off tea anyway but could have it with skimmed. It's not truly what's on the plan TBH (I'm not having 2 cambridge diets) but it's worked for me. I was on SS and lost 1 lb the week before xx
