Hi all
Well got work today :sigh: but only dinner time shift today
Doing a kids birthday party this weekend so have to shop for that this aft (ds was 19 yesterday never to old for jelly and ice cream lol)
Finding ss+ really easy which is great, thought eating might be my downfall if you see what I mean lol .May just have to watch my portion size think I have too much salad .May go onto 810 next week but dont think there is much difference really see how I feel on tuesday .
Hope everyone has an easy day today and all WI are mega take care xx

Morning all!
It looks such a miserable day outside!
I'm not up to much today, last official day of holiday for me so will be back working next week--i have 2 shows to put on in 5 weeks before i officially start my new job so enjoying relaxing this weekend before the stress of it all!
I seem to have pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder last night while i was sleeping! not good! Hopefully doing some housework will ease it off!
Trying to up my water today as well. Nothing planned for tonight--another Friday night in with me, DS--who goes to bed at 7! and rubbish telly! Not to mention minimins
Hope every1 has fab weighins today! I went to see my CDC last night and was fab to catch up! I got some choc orange packs so I'm going to experiment wih my muffins! I can't wait!
Day 10 for me now, and still going great xxx

Hi again...I'm so excited have lost 10lb's am on day 5 officially although I was kinda doing it last weekend!! I'm so chuffed. Can really feel a difference in my trousers today aswell which is nice. Am going to make that my official weigh in because cdc doesn't come until 7ish this evening and I'm sure that I'd be heavier by then cos of all the water!! xx

Just had a productive argument with my work about what hours i'll be working when I return. It was too easy, i'd geared myself up for a right row (has no one ever told them to not stand in the way of a hormonal woman who's not eating).
Anyway, have a quiet day planned, just some housework to do.

Afternoon all! Had my official weigh in this morning, 4lb gone! Woohoo! My own scales gave me a 2lb loss this morning since yesterday, so am very chuffed.
Have been to Tesco's and have since spent a good couple of hours tidying up ready for hubby's birthday party tomorrow! Am having some water and a rest now!
Hubby is off to London tonight for a meet for one of his geek sites lol, so I am home alone with our 2 kids and the stepson.. grr! Ah well, I have some party decs to put up, presents to wrap and Mario Kart to play! Oh and my new Harlan Coben book to read and various bits on Sky+ I need to watch.
