my usually lovely hubby, is sitting here eating a sausage dinner from the chippy....:(
to be fair he did ask me if it was ok, but i was hardly gonna say 'no u sit there and starve cos im on a diet!'
TBH i dont even want one its just the smell!!!

It always looks & smells so much better than it tastes!!

I always end up feeling really disappointed with the food & really cross with myself for eating it, not to mention really sick & bloated!!

I think McDonalds is exactly like that, I'd even go as far to say that the smell is a fake fragrance they use lol - it always smells delicious but tastes like flavoured cardboard.
I find the best thing to do in those situations is to go into virtuous mode, think of being lovely and slim and how good you're being and it's easy to convince yourself that you really don't fancy it at all. Visualisation works really well for me and if I imagine a food to be disgusting, fatty / greasy and unhealthy I can put myself right off it. Never works for chocolate though!!! Hmph :mad: lol x
