Weightwatchers is great, I reached goal three months ago, 6 stone in 18 months, and if a chocoholic like me can do it then anyone can.
Getting to goal is a wonderful feeling, makes all the effort worthwhile, however staying at goal ........ well that is the struggle that drew me in here.
