HYPNOTISM DVDs OR CDs

Has anyone tried any of these and found one that really works?

I am thinking of investing in a decent one provided such a thing actually exists!

Nope but I tried hypnotherapy in person and had some very expensive naps. Some people swear by it though - it probably depends what type of person you are.

One thing with the CDs, as they're not individually tailored, they'll probably tell you not to eat fat....

True - eat low fat, eat 'healthy' lol.

But as you say some swear by hypnotherapy and whilst I could not afford real life session I can afford a CD.

There is one doing the rounds that is said to convince the subject they have an imaginary lap band.

Should I? lol.

I nearly went and had sessions for the lapband one but chickened out (and it was ouchingly expensive) - let me know if you find a CD for it

LOL didn't work! Well they do say it's not for everyone.
