Hi all, I was on here last week and I was asking for help and thoughts on doing LT again. I really appreciated the comments and I went taking advice and looking for another programme.:)
Guess what, none of them were as good as LT. Either more expensive or very complicated.
And I can't do either of those options.

Then it struck me, anyone who has tried to lose weight big or small amounts, generally now what works for them and they go back to that method again and again because they know it fits in with their life and that they are comfortable with the process.
That is how I feel about LT, it works for me, I feel good on it, I lose weight fast, and so long as I exercise too I tone up fast.
My problem as most of you know, is emtional eating it is my drug of choice to get through anything from crisis to boredom. So I am getting help with that side of it too, so that I can be fully prepared when I have reached my goal.;)

Someone on here wrote that they veiw the shakes as their fat melting medicene, I loved that, it is genius.:D

So here I go, I start on the 8th.

    Thanks evryone xxx:)

Whooo welcome back chicken - am starting tomorrow also so we will be back on the road together :hug99: (i hate starting on mondays haha)

Glad you realised that LT is the best!!! :giggle: And as for emotional eating, that will change but it wont happen overnight like our weightloss - it will take a very long time for you to realise that you dont need food to cope with situations :) We are all here for ya :)

Excellent -and it's great that you've actually thought of it and not just seen it as a quick fix. This diet takes a lot of strength so good on ya for coming back and recognising that it suits you.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

Recognising that you eat to deal with emotional issues is a HUGE step, and now you're getting help with that part of it you'll be flying!
Welcome back, and good luck with your re-start.

welcome back hun. like the others have said, emotional eating is something many of us have to deal with. we'll get there eventually but it really sounds like you've got your head in the right place.

good luck - you'll do great! xxx

    Welcome back Bigmuthabluffa!

LT is the dog's wotsits and the best plan out there. It succeeds when all else fails. You have chosen the right path.

Everyone here is in the same boat and has had the same eating habits/problems so we all understand everything you said. That's what's great about the forum - There's always someone here who knows exactly where you're coming from.

Good luck but I doubt you'll need it!

Welcome back to LT! I think you're right about there being a diet we know is right for us, sounds like you're right on track!

    Good luck :)
