I am back after my " Cambidge baby"

Hi there,

it was here nearly a year ago, desparate to have a baby and not able to conceive due to my excess weight..i am back now
i had my " cambrigde baby" i am convinced that this diet helped us after 3 years trying to conceive this baby.
now i am back to my original weight plus some more i say but i am confident that i will lose 3 to 4 stones for my son's Christeening.

I am doing SSing + which allows 200ml of skimmed milk.

You will know yourself if you come out of ketosis as you will feel hungry.
