Stop talking about pork pies! I've shrunk too, I was 5'7.5 then when I had my medical for my job I was told I'm only 5'6! I think that must have been wrong

Ooh, re shrinking - depends how old you are I suppose and you don't look that old from your photo. I'm 51 and have osteo-arthritis in my back, which I think is the cause of my shrinkage, but I think we all do shrink a bit as we get older. 1.5" is quite a lot though when you are younger.

Get this though, one of my daughters the other day when we were out shopping described me on the phone to her friend as looking like 'a little old lady'! Boo - there's me thinking in my mind that I'm wearing well and look at least 10 years younger than my age - well that just about burst that bubble didn't it. Kids eh :sigh:

I am 28, I think the height chart was wrong though as someone else said they shrunk in their medical

As you get older your spine starts to curve slightly making you shorter
