    Exante - currently
can you make the shakes up in a shaker without a blender or whisk ????

I've been on LT since July 09 and managed to lose around 5st, but since Christmas have really been struggling - I am not sure if my head has "gone" and I cannot do TFR anymore, or if I am just bored of the flavours but I thought that I would try Exante with their special offer for a month. The flavours sound much nicer than LT and am looking to more variety, but was just wondering if the shakes could be mixed in the same way by shaking them in a beaker or do you have to have a blender or a whisk ??

    Thanks

Well I suppose they can, but I've not tried. Given that I have a stick blender permanently plugged in I just use it.

But I don't see why not...

Until I got my stick blender I always used a shaker and never had any problems. Just don't shake a hot soup! Good luck and look forward to getting to know you.

Cold in a shaker isn't a problem, hot I haven't found one yet that doesn't leak.

Hand blender or a small balloon (egg) whisk seems to be doing the trick with my soups or when I have my chocolate hot though.
