I gave into temptation and ate something (well, 2 things actually) and now i feel really really bad!

I know i will get back on track tomorrow but am REALLY REALLY concerned how this will affect my weight loss. I am only on day 3 and do not think i have entered ketosis yet.

I feel really awful, and perhaps if some of you could tell me how bad i am, i may not do it again :(

Hey slimmerSu you are not bad, your doing a wonderful thing for yourself getting your weight under control and there's all kinds lessons to be learned on the way, that's just one of them. When you know what you want go in the direction of the feeling, that's why you feel bad cause it goes against what it is you really want. So next time when there's thoughts of eating just take a deep breath and say to yourself is this truly what I want and you'll know... just don't make it harder on yourself than it is. It's just a choice nothing more

Aw Su, if it makes you feel better, I could almost have been posting your post. Unconsciously took a mouthful of something yummy today but I pluffed it straight into the bin when I realised. (If pluffed is a word - I'm sure you get the picture though!)

You sound full of remorse and for the right reason - that you've let yourself down a teensy bit. :break_diet:

I say let that all go now, tomorrow is a new day, you can and will be 100% because you can and will be slim and healthy - you want it too much to mess it up! :D
