You can do it on the hob or in an oven proof dish in the oven...just make sure it doesn't boil/cook dry on both counts!

Talking of white choc opitons... just had raspberries with quark and white choc. It was divine! So I just had to make myself another bowl! Totally stuffed now. xx

i know what you mean, i just had quark with the white choc options and sliced banana, it tastes so decadent and feels like you are being very non diet lol
